Belts are measured from buckle fold to the middle or 4th prong hole.
*Hint: If you can’t find a tape measure, use string and a ruler.

- Start your return online at returns-eu.nixon.com.
- Pack your return in a safe, well-padded box.
- Attach the shipping label you'll receive to the outside of the package.
- Send back your return order:
- Drop off your parcel at the closest DHL Service Point
- Schedule a pick-up. Select your location and schedule a pick-up using the Waybill reference and informations available on your DHL label.
- Call DHL Express to schedule the pick up of your return.
- Once your package has been received at Nixon, an email notification will be sent to you to confirm that we have your return. We'll follow up with another email once your refund has been processed.
- Note: Returns must be unused, unworn, in original packaging with all tags attached. Returns will be processed within 5 business days.

Neck Circumference:
Measure around the base of your neck. Make sure to keep the measuring tape loose.
Chest Circumference:
With your arms relaxed at your side, measure around the fullest part of your chest (this is just below your armpit).
Sleeve Length:
With your arm slightly bent, measure from the center of your neck to your shoulder, and then down to your wrist.
